Refund policy

Standard Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at thelookbyjoi@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (like beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Pricing & Sale Disclaimer
Prices and discounts on our website are subject to change and may be offered for a limited time only. Sale prices are temporary and valid while supplies last or for the duration of the promotion. Permanent price reductions do not apply.

Klarna Purchases
For orders completed via Klarna, a 14-day returns and refunds policy applies to all items, including final sale items and custom products, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. This policy gives you the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery.

Returns under Klarna cannot be compensated via store credit—refunds will be processed according to Klarna’s standard return policy. This Klarna policy applies only to orders made using Klarna.
